What this preparation does not cover, and what nobody publishes
Two subjects a county may name that the series guide does not describe, the stages after the written test, and the four figures the Department does not publish at all. All of it stated plainly rather than left to be discovered.

Two subjects the guide does not describe
The guide says in its own words that it may not provide information on every subject area included in your examination, and the Suffolk County announcements bear that out.
Its Probation Officer Trainee test names "understanding and interpreting written material" and its Probation Assistant test names "preparing and maintaining records". The Department publishes no test task for either in this series, so neither is prepared here — building a construct against a subject whose format the administrator has not published would mean inventing the format.
The stages after the written test
Suffolk's announcements call candidates who pass the written test for a qualifying medical or physical evaluation and a personality or psychological evaluation. Both are pass/fail steps rather than scored parts of the examination, neither publishes a standard, and this package is written-test preparation only.
The figures nobody publishes
There is no published item count, no time allowance, no weighting between the subject areas and no passing score for this series. Any preparation product that gives you those numbers has invented them.
The practice tests here are forty questions in sixty minutes. That is RankHigh's pace, chosen so each area appears often enough to say something, and it is labeled as RankHigh's wherever it appears rather than presented as the real exam's shape.
And nobody has read these questions yet
Four of the five constructs have been independently re-derived by machine — every question worked out again from the finished item alone, and every one agreed with the seated key. The fifth is checked structurally and is labelled as not derived that way.
That is automated verification. It is not the same thing as a person having read the bank, and this product does not claim it is.
