Written Exam Refund Policy

If you buy a RankHigh preparation product before taking the written examination it prepares you for, and you receive an official result showing that you did not pass that written examination, you may request a full refund of what you paid.

That is the promise every RankHigh product makes, whichever examination you are preparing for. It is tied to the outcome you bought it for rather than to a clock, because a clock would say nothing about whether the preparation worked.

• Your purchase must have been completed before you took the written examination.
• You must actually take the written examination your purchase prepares you for.
• You must receive an official result showing that you failed or did not pass the written examination.
• You must provide reasonable documentation of that official result.
• The candidate named on the result must reasonably correspond to the person who bought the course.
• Ask within 30 days of receiving your official written-exam result.
• One refund per purchaser per purchased preparation product.

It applies to failing the written examination, and to nothing else. It does not apply to:

• Your performance on the ELPAT or any physical ability test, CPAT included
• Not appearing for the examination
• Disqualification
• Residency or eligibility issues
• Background investigation
• Medical or psychological screening
• Hiring decisions, or not being appointed
• Deciding not to take the examination

Email support@rankhighprep.com and include enough for us to find your purchase and check your official written-exam result. Writing from the address you bought with is the easiest way; if you cannot, tell us the name and approximate date of the purchase.

Send only what is needed to show the result and that it is yours. There is no form and no upload portal — a person reads your email.

We review each request by hand. If it qualifies, the refund goes back to the card or account you paid with; how quickly it appears is up to your bank, typically 5 to 10 business days after we send it.

If we cannot approve it, we will tell you why rather than going quiet.

This written-exam refund policy is separate from any rights you may have if RankHigh fails to provide the service you purchased or under applicable law.

RankHigh may decline a refund request where there is clear evidence that the purchaser intentionally shared account access or redistributed RankHigh materials to others, which is a breach of the Terms.

This is about deliberate sharing, not about how you use what you bought. Signing in on your phone and your laptop, training on a shared or borrowed computer, or anything caused by a fault on our side is ordinary use and is not a reason to decline a refund you otherwise qualify for.
