Questions about the examination, the course, whether it covers what you need, or anything that is not working. We aim to reply within one business day.
Refunds
Same address. Refunds are tied to the written examination result rather than to a time window, and the conditions are on the refunds page.
Privacy and your data

What we cannot help with
We cannot tell you your examination date, change it, look up your application, or tell you where you sit on an eligible list. We have no access to any of that. Those go to the body running the examination — the contact details are on your official notice.
We also cannot give you actual examination questions. Nobody legitimate can, and anyone offering them is selling you a problem.
