Terms of Service

The agreement between you and RankHigh when you use this site or buy access to a course.

Effective August 11, 2026

1. Who we are, and what this covers

RankHigh (“we”, “us”) operates rankhighprep.com and sells online preparation courses for competitive public-sector examinations. These terms apply to everything on the site, whether you have paid for anything or not. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

2. We are independent

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, appointed by, or connected to any government body, civil service commission, human resources division, fire or police department, or examination vendor. We do not administer any examination, we do not score any examination, and we have no influence over any eligible list.

Where we describe an examination’s format, content or standards, we are summarising material those bodies have published. Those bodies can change any of it without telling us. Always check anything that matters against the official notice sent to you. Where our description and the official notice disagree, the official notice is correct.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not promise that you will pass any examination, achieve any particular score, reach any particular position on any eligible list, be appointed, or be hired. Nobody honestly can. What you get is preparation material and training structure; the outcome depends on you, on the other candidates, and on decisions made entirely by the appointing authority.

Any figures we publish about pay, benefits, pensions or hiring are drawn from third-party or public sources for general context. They are not a representation about what you personally will earn or receive.

4. Physical training: read this part

Some of our courses include physical training programs and physical benchmark tests. Physical exercise carries a genuine risk of injury, and in rare cases serious injury or death. That risk is greater when the effort is maximal, which benchmark testing is by design.

We have not assessed you. We do not know your medical history, your injuries, your medications or your current condition. Nothing in any program is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for being examined by a qualified clinician.

Before starting any physical program or attempting any benchmark, you must obtain clearance from a qualified medical professional, and you must do so if you have — or may have — a heart condition, chest pain, dizziness or fainting, high blood pressure, a bone, joint or muscle problem that exercise could aggravate, or any other condition that could make exercise unsafe, or if you are pregnant or may be.

Stop immediately if you experience chest pain, unusual shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, or sharp or sudden pain, and seek medical attention.

By using any physical program you acknowledge these risks, confirm you are medically fit to take part, and accept that you take part voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own equipment, your training environment, and your judgment about what to attempt on any given day.

5. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 to buy access. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you give us and for keeping your access credentials to yourself. Access is personal to you.

6. What you are buying

A course purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access that course for the period stated at the point of sale. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and nothing recurs unless we say so explicitly before you pay.

We may add, change or remove material during your access period as examinations and published standards change. We will not reduce what you bought in any way that defeats the purpose of the purchase.

7. Payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payment is handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not receive or store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

Refunds are governed by the applicable RankHigh Refund Policy.

8. What you may not do

Our questions, explanations, training programs and written material are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own preparation. You may not copy, republish, sell, share, post publicly, or use them to build or train a competing product or model, and you may not share your access with anyone else.

You may not attempt to break, probe or interfere with the site, or use automated means to extract material from it.

Reproducing an examination’s actual questions is prohibited by the bodies that administer them. Do not send us examination content, and do not ask us for it.

9. Ending access

You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, in particular by sharing or redistributing material. Where we end access for a breach, no refund is due.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of opportunity, employment or earnings, or for any examination result, list position or appointment decision.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and the courts of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts have exclusive jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the change.
