Federal
One federal employer runs these examinations nationwide and you apply to it directly, so there is no per-agency requirement to look up. What differs is the examination itself.
- Federal examBorder Patrol AgentTwo parts — a Candidate Experience Record and a computer-adaptive Logical Reasoning Test — and you must pass to stay in the process. A failing score means a 90-day wait before you can retest
- Federal examCBP OfficerThree parts in a fixed order, and the Writing Skills Test comes second — candidates who do not pass it are removed before the Logical Reasoning Test is offered
An entry missing from this list is not a statement that the exam is not used there — only that RankHigh has not yet verified it against an official source.
