Visits are booked in advance through the visit office. A booked visit is held for fifteen minutes past its start time; after that the slot may be released to a waiting visitor. Visitors who arrive late but within the fifteen minutes keep the remainder of their original slot, not a full session. The visit office may extend a session where a delay was caused by the facility itself.
